Product with defects

All products have a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of receipt. If the product arrives defective, the return shipping is also covered by us. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, cleaning not in accordance with the care instructions, or normal wear and tear.

How to request

All requests for exchange, return, or refund must be made by email at contato@marianajabur.com or via WhatsApp, providing the order number. Our team will explain the step-by-step return process.

Product inspection

Upon arrival, the product will be inspected. If signs of use or damage that are not manufacturing defects are found, the exchange or return may be denied, and the product will be sent back to the customer.
