Exchanges and Returns

You may cancel your purchase within 7 days of receipt, and products with manufacturing defects are covered by a 90-day warranty.

How to request

All requests for exchanges, returns, or refunds must be made by email at contato@marianajabur.com or via WhatsApp, including the order number. Our team will explain the step-by-step return process.

Change of mind

You may cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Defense Code. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying items. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Defective product

All products have a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of receipt. If the product arrives defective, we will also cover the return shipping costs. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, cleaning not in accordance with the care instructions, or normal wear and tear.

Exchange for another product, color, or size

Exchanges for other reasons may be requested within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. In this case, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the new product.

Custom and made-to-measure products

Custom-made products with personalized measurements, colors, or prints requested by the customer cannot be exchanged due to a change of mind, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Product inspection

Upon arrival, the product will be inspected. If signs of use or damage other than a manufacturing defect are found, the exchange or return may be denied, and the product will be sent back to the customer.

Refund

  • Credit card: once the return is approved, we will request a refund from the credit card issuer. The amount may appear on one of your next statements, depending on the issuer's processing time.
  • Pix or boleto: once the return is approved, the amount will be refunded via transfer to the bank account provided in the request.
