Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped after the production time stated for each product, and shipping is free throughout Brazil on purchases over R$ 1,000.00.

Production time

Each product shows its production time on the page (for example, 21 calendar days for wallpapers). The time starts counting from the confirmation of payment.

Delivery time and shipping

The shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout, according to the ZIP code and the chosen shipping method. Delivery is made by a shipping company, and its time starts counting after the order is shipped.

Free shipping

Purchases over R$ 1,000.00 have free shipping throughout Brazil.

Tracking

As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive the tracking code by email to follow the delivery on the shipping company's website.

Address and receipt

Check the address before finalizing the purchase. If there is no one to receive it and the order is returned to us, a new shipment will have shipping costs paid by the customer.

International orders

Shipping outside Brazil (to the United States and other countries) is a flat rate shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes are not included in our prices or shipping and are the customer’s responsibility; they may be charged by customs on delivery.
